TERMS OF SALE 

1. All digital / electronic forms always remain the property of ourselves.

2. Requesting design work to be done may occasionally require a deposit to be paid which will be deducted from final invoice.

3. All work must be paid in full BEFORE print is commenced.

4. To qualify for “print only”, files must be correctly presented to us - If unsure please phone and ask.

5. We cannot be held responsible for errors in print ready files.

6. Occasionally we may need to source additional artwork for use in design. This will not be done without prior agreement and will be charged at our cost.

7. We aim to deliver within 5 working days from receipt of payment. However occasionally short delays beyond our control may occur. Fenn Press will endeavour to keep customers fully informed but cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result of these delays.  

This privacy policies sets out the different areas on how Fenn Press processes, stores and protects user data and information will be provided within this policy.

Our policy has been updated to meet the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Fenn press have the right to change this policy, you should check this page regularly to make sure that you are happy with any modifications.

What data do we collect

Whilst using our website and services you may be required to provide your personal information such as your name, address, email, account details and may include details of payments between us and other details of purchases made by you.

Technical data on our website may include login data, internet protocol addresses, browsers information such as type and version, time zone/location, operation system and other common technology used on your device that is used to access our site.

How do we collect data

We may collect data when your purchase or use our products or service. Including providing us information through our contact page, and email.

We use cookies on our website, to remember personal settings that you have selected on our website. We do not use cookies to collect any information that specifically identifies you.

We also use cookies for analytical purposes, to gather information such as visitor numbers, popular pages, and to see country and device information.

How we store your data

We protect and store all data collected using encryption where possible.

Information provided to us are stored on secured servers within the EEA. Sometimes it may be required to transfer your details to a country outside the EEA, in order to provision your services or options outside or services outside of our control. In these cases, the companies may not provide the same type of protection, however any of these parties have agreed to use European levels of data protection for this purpose.

Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as reasonably required, in some cases we may need to keep certain information for accounting and tax purposes for up to 6 years.

Links to external sites

Our website may contain links to external third parties, however once you leave our website you should note that we have no control over the website and therefore are not responsible for the production or privacy on this website, our privacy policy does not apply to any third-party websites and you should view the third parties’ privacy policy regarding the specific site.

Controlling your information

Personal information collected for marketing purposes can be opted out at any time by contacting us via email or post on the above details.

Your data rights

In compliance with GDPR you have the right to request information from the controller (Fenn Press) to access your personal data, or restricted the processing were applicable.

Data Breaches

Should any data breach occur, we will make sure the relevant data protection laws are compiled with where required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.  We will accept a cancellation up until artwork has been approved.

2.  Once you confirm ready for print the printing process will start and it is VERY UNLIKELY that  changes can be made. Cancellation is not possible at this point.

RETURNS 

Due to the bespoke made-to-order nature of printed matter the customer shall not normally be entitled to return any goods. In the unlikely event of goods damaged on arrival they should be sign for accordingly and details emailed to info@fennpress.co.uk. After investigation a refund, partial refund or replacement will be agreed with the client at this point.
